On October 16th, the City of Seattle's Office of Planning & Community Development (OPCD) and the Office of the Mayor released new proposed zoning changes as part of the One Seattle Plan. The updates include detailed information on proposed zoning changes, draft legislation for implementing HB110 in Neighborhood Residential zones (to comply with Washington state requirements) and other changes to land use across the City.

Share your feedback on the proposed zoning changes! The City is seeking public comments now until December 20th. You can provide feedback in the following ways:
Comment directly on the map via the online tool until December 20th
Online information session with the OPCD on Weds, 10/23 from 5:30 - 7:30pm
Attend an in-person session for District 1 residents on Weds, 11/6 from 5:30 - 7:30pm at Madison Middle School gym (3429 45th Ave SW)
